GET ON TRACK

ARRIVAL

• Upon arrival to Escapade, guests should check in at reception.
• At reception, please book your evening dinner reservation at The Escapade restaurant.
• Following hotel check-in, please visit the DEWALT Registration Desk located within reception where you will be welcomed by the DEWALT team.
• Guests will also be advised on their DEWALT host, who will accompany them throughout the event.

REGISTRATION

• Sign 3 waivers: McLaren Pure Track, DEWALT Image Release, Silverstone Karting.
• Receive your welcome letter with itinerary.
• Receive your Escapade wristband.
• Receive your track day lanyard.

TUESDAY EVENING

• 19:30Dinner bookings begin — please wear your Escapade wristband
• 2 courses from bespoke menu + 2 drinks tokens
• 21:30Remainder of the evening at leisure

AM | MUSEUM EXPERIENCE

• 07:00Breakfast opens, The Gallery
• 10:30Meet your host in Escapade reception
• 10:30Coach journey from Escapade to Silverstone Museum
• 11:30Lunch at the museum canteen
• 12:30Walk to go-karting track

PM | KARTING EXPERIENCE

• 13:00Go-karting experience — soft drinks available throughout
• 17:00Food and drinks provided at go-karting
• 19:00Final coach departs back to Escapade
• Guests are free to walk back to Escapade if preferred
• Evening at leisure

DEPARTURE

• 10:00Check out is at 10:00am from Escapade
• All guests depart AM, Friday 4th September
